Shipping and Digital Delivery Policy

Contractor Sheet sells a digital 8-product spreadsheet bundle. No physical products are shipped.

Digital Delivery

After a successful purchase, customers will receive access to the digital bundle through an email download link, access link, or digital file delivery system.

Digital delivery is usually immediate. In some cases, it may take up to 30 minutes for the download or access email to arrive.

No Physical Shipping

Because our products are digital, there are no shipping charges, shipping methods, tracking numbers, or physical deliveries.

Download or Access Issues

If you do not receive your download link or access email within 30 minutes, please check your spam, junk, promotions, or updates folder first.

If you still cannot find the email, contact us at info@contractorsheet.com with your name, order number, and the email address used at checkout.

Incorrect Email Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct email address at checkout. If you entered the wrong email address, please contact us at info@contractorsheet.com as soon as possible so we can help verify the order and resend access where appropriate.

Refund or Withdrawal Requests

Customers can submit a refund or withdrawal request through the “Withdrawal / Refund Request” link available in our store footer.

All digital product refund and withdrawal requests are reviewed according to our Return and Refund Policy.
