At Contractor Sheet, we are committed to providing high-quality digital spreadsheet tools for contractors, trades, construction businesses, and related professionals. This policy explains when refunds may be issued for our digital bundle and how customers can submit refund or withdrawal requests.

Digital Product Sales

Contractor Sheet sells a digital 8-product bundle that is delivered immediately after purchase through an email download link, access link, or digital file delivery system.

The bundle is sold as one complete digital package. We do not sell the included products as individual items through this website, and we do not offer partial refunds for individual products inside the bundle.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the bundle has been delivered, accessed, downloaded, copied, or used, except where a refund is required by applicable law or approved under the eligibility conditions below.

EU Customers and Right of Withdrawal

EU customers may submit a withdrawal or refund request using the “Withdrawal / Refund Request” link available in our store footer.

Our bundle is a digital product delivered immediately after purchase. Before completing your purchase, you may be asked to agree to immediate digital delivery and acknowledge that cancellation or withdrawal rights may end once the digital product has been delivered, accessed, downloaded, copied, or used.

All EU withdrawal and refund requests for digital products are reviewed manually. If the digital bundle has already been delivered, accessed, downloaded, copied, or used, we may decline the request where permitted by applicable law.

This does not affect any rights you may have if the digital product is defective, inaccessible, or not as described.

Eligibility for Refunds

Customers may request a refund within two days of purchase if one of the following conditions is met:

The bundle lacks a feature or functionality explicitly described on our website.

A specific feature was discussed with our sales or support team before purchase, a demo video was provided, and the purchased bundle significantly deviates from the information provided before purchase.

The bundle is defective, inaccessible, or not as described, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time.

All refund requests are reviewed manually. Approval is not automatic.

If a refund request is approved, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method used. Refunds will be processed within 14 days where required by applicable law, or otherwise within 15 business days after approval.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are excluded from refunds, except where required by applicable law:

Digital Bundle Already Accessed or Downloaded: The 8-product bundle is non-refundable once it has been delivered, accessed, downloaded, copied, or used.

Partial Bundle Refunds: Because the bundle is sold as one complete digital package, we do not provide refunds for individual products or components within the bundle.

Discounted Orders: Orders made using discount codes or promotional offers are not eligible for refunds unless required by applicable law.

Late Requests: Standard refund requests submitted beyond the two-day window from the time of purchase will not be considered.

No Shipping or Restocking Fees

As our products are digital, no shipping charges apply. We do not impose restocking fees.

How to Submit a Request

Customers can submit a withdrawal or refund request through the “Withdrawal / Refund Request” link in our store footer.

After clicking the link, enter the same email address used at checkout. Shopify will send a six-digit verification code to that email address. No password is required.
